I need a refund
How do I get a refund on the item that hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times with no response. eBay please help me get my money back.

Mentor10 months agoIf the estimated delivery date has passed, you can open an "item not received" case at the following link.

The seller will need to respond and help you and if they don't, after a set amount of time, you can ask eBay to step in to help.
