I need a phone number to talk to eBay cust. service. seller sent me wrong product, won't acknowledge
Seller sent bottle of vitamin gummies that are 500mg each.....they were advertised as 1000mg each. seller refuses to acknowledge that they could be 500mg, even though bottle label clearly says so. I need to speak on phone with eBay customer service to know my options.

Mentor2 years ago@markk6246 No reason to talk to customer service. Just return the vitamins for a refund. Seller pays return shipping.
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
Reason> Doesn't match pictures or description.
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages.

OP2 years agoI just don't want the seller to "come back at me" saying he doesn't owe me anything....his claim will be that the product is proper even though bottle's label says that it is not

Mentor2 years ago@markk6246 The seller can't "come back at you" . You are the buyer and you are protected by the eBay MBG. You will be able to use the reason doesn't match pictures or description on the return and the seller can not refuse it. They can try, but then all you do is ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day and eBay will force a refund, the seller gets a defect, and they don't get their fees back if they don't refund you willingly.
You'll be able to upload a photo in the return request too that shows that the vitamins are 500 and not 1000.
