Mentor3 years agoThe feedback from your buyer sounds like a local pickup. Did you enter the pickup code or scan the QR code through the app?
Have you verified your checking account with micro deposits or by sending a copy of your statement?
Your sale was more than 30 days ago, when did your buyer picked up and you entered the code? If more than 30 days ago, ask customer service for assistance.

If you provided a checking account and your SSN, once the hold is released the funds will be sent to your checking account.
