I need a live person my seller stole my money and eBay allowed them to do it

I asked seller to cancel before she shipped

Explained why

I felt her shoes weren't authentic and they were not real leather

She ignored me, so I sent her item back when it arrived (immediately)

She never said a word so I went to the case and saw she'd closed it and said no refund! And now I get the silent treatment and she pretends I don't exist

And eBay is allowing this, please help!!!

Well . . . the problem here is that YOU arent familiar enough with ebay policies.

First, a buyer cant cancel. You can REQUEST a cancellation, but its always up to the seller whether to cancel or not. Your seller chose not to. Ebay policy is they dont have to, so the seller did nothing wrong.

Second, in just refusing the package and immedicately sending it back, you voided your ebay money back guarantee, so youre not due a refund. You should have kept the package and then returned through the proper way to do it.
