I need 2 boxes to ship an item i am selling. How or where do i enter information for the 2 boxes
I have a collection to sell and it will take 2 boxes to ship. There is only on area to put size and weight of 1 box. How do I add 2nd box to give accurate shipping costs?

This is actually easier than it sounds but it also requires really paying attention.
For the first box, enter the correct weight and dimensions and print the first label as you normally would.
Then go back to the Order to print the second label. You should have the choice to "get another label". Click on that and you'll see the option to enter the weight and dimensions for the second box.
You want to be careful not to just reprint the first label. You need to purchase two labels with two different tracking numbers.

Don't panic, remain calm.
Yes, you go back to the Order and print the second label. You can print up to 5 from what I understand. BOTH tracking numbers will be uploaded to the sold file.
One word of caution. If a return is filed eBay will ONLY issue on return label. Your No returns accepted policy does not mean something cannot be returned. eBay has numerous reasons that will force a return and force you to pay for return shipping and have to refund once you get the item back.
