If youâ€™re an eBay seller living or established outside of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (except Iceland), then you will need to use a Payoneer account.

You should be prompted to enter your Payoneer information AFTER you try to submit your first listing. The listing will stay in draft format until you complete this step. If you are using a cellphone turn it to landscape to see the link to register.

#1 Make sure that your name and address match your Payoneer account, eBay account, and government id exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile

#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here:

https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card so refunds and other selling costs do not come out of my account.
