Hi @larosh

That is how the system works. I am confident eBay sees this particular aspect of the Best Offer process functioning as designed for a number of reasons. Keeping an ongoing log of expired offers from either party could be problematic in the long term as listings (potentially) End, are sold or modified from one day to the next.

Additionally, Sellers have the ability to set up accepting offers automatically as explained in a section on this eBay Help page: Adding Best Offer to your listing and sending offers to buyers | eBay
