I mailed an item through the ebay tracking, not USPS, not delivered. Any was to contact ebay?
I mailed a package on July 27th with the ebay-Pittney Bowes tracking that did not arrive to the seller and there was not an update in the tracking. USPS cannot help to locate this package. Is there a way to contact ebay or another source to help find this package?

Mentor2 years agoYou message is a bit confusing. Did you mail it in June? Are you the buyer or seller?
If you are the seller, then you are required to refund the buyer if they claim "not received" and you cannot prove delivery.
Even though you used the shipping service provided by eBay, it is still shipped through the USPS and they are the ones that can assist in finding the package.
You can request that they do a search/trace, but it sounds like you have already.
Depending on the class of mail it may be insured and you can file an insurance claim online if the package does not show up.
