I made the mistake of returning a item through the postal service it had tracking and I thought eBay
I returned an item through the postal service with tracking the item was returned but eBay still closed my case and allow the seller to keep my funds. I did it in the prescribed time. I trusted the system because I have not had this problem before. What can I do?

Did you go through the Ebay Return Request process?
What was the reason you provided for returning the item?
Did you use the return shipping label provided?
Did you ask Ebay to step in before the deadline?
