I made the mistake of clicking on seller hub and now can't get back to the old format
I found the following information to use the old format, but I can't see how to use the standard selling pages from My Ebay. Any ideas how to get rid of seller hub?
"If you prefer not to use Seller Hub, you can simply avoid accessing it and instead use the standard selling pages available in My eBay to manage your listings and orders."

From these you can access all of My eBay
If you click in this little banner icon so that it is solid, that page will become the page you go to when you click My eBay at the top right of the screens

OP4 months agoBecause I closed his initial request for a refund, Ebay shows the refund as closed. No more information even though I issued a refund after his request was closed. Apparently their system doesn't recognize a return once the seller closes the buyers return request, even if a refund is made after the fact.
I closed his initial request because he said the boots didn't fit. I checked the listing and my listing was correct. They are Vintage Justin men's boots size 9D. His only question before he made the purchase was to make sure they had a higher riding heel. I sent him a photo showing the heels. He was satisfied and made the purchase. In my mind, it's up to the buyer to ask questions prior to purchase. He didn't ask if they were really men's or women's boots, only asking about the heel therefore I closed his return request.
Then he again claimed they were women's boots and in order to prevent him from leaving negative feedback, I issued him a refund. He asked for the return address. I showed him that he was issued a full refund from ebay, then he showed me that he was only issued a partiala refund. How is that possible? Where can I find where ebay issued the refund? Not his account number, or personal information, just where they issued the refund.
I have spoken to customer service and they claim they can do nothing. They aren't even interested in the fact that this guy keep the item and the refund. I'm out everything, he's out nothing. How can that be?
Has anyone ever encountered this treatment from Ebay?
