Most likely you pre-authorized automatic payment when you made a Best Offer (eBay experimented with that also for bids a few months ago but I think that was terminated a few weeks ago--was it a "bid" or was it an "offer"?). Check your My eBay: Purchase History to see the payment status and if paid get the payment details (payment timestamp would have been up to a couple of minutes after the seller accepted the offer, or you won the auction if it was actually a bid).
The other possibility is that it was a newbie seller who prematurely shipped* instead of waiting for payment. Be sure to pay within 4 days.
*or just created a label which s/he can cancel if you don't pay.
@wil424017 Contact the seller, it may not be too late to cancel. If a seller ships out, that means you or someone who has access to your account did pay for the item.
