i made my eppeal for a item i bought and did not arrived, they gave me a refund, item arrived late.
how can i fix that issue to repay the seller, and does ebay customer service fix that? or with sellers i need fix that? what hours and number for ebay customer services, and dates they work from (like monday to friday)?, business hours, i cannot find it on internet. is there any sellers that know about the issue and how to fix it to pay seller back.

Mentor4 months agoIt is not possible to repay for the item through Ebay since you have already been refunded.
If you are still willing to pay for the item, you can contact the seller to make arrangements to pay...such as through Paypal or other online payment service such as Venmo, etc.
