I made an error on the title of the listing that sold
Summary: main_street_flipper7120 sold yarn listed as a set of 3 skeins but realized it was actually 2 skeins. They contacted the buyer to offer a refund or proceed with the sale but have not received a response in nearly three days. With a reminder from the platform to ship the package, they are seeking advice on how to proceed.
A lot of 2 skeins of yarn were sold. When I went to print the shipping label I noticed that the title stated the lot size is 3 skeins. I messaged the buyer a couple of days ago that I had made a mistake in the title and asked if they would still want the yarn or a refund. It's been almost 3 days since I sent the message, and I have not heard back from them. Ebay is messaging me that I haven't shipped the package. Any suggestions for me on what I should do?
Please and Thank You!

Your choices are to
1) cancel for 'out of stock' and refund the buyer
or
2) ship to the buyer and issue a partial refund for 40% or so (more than 1/3) of the total. Message the buyer and ask them to open a refund if they don't want the 2. (or add a note in the package)
It's up to you which way to go.
