I made a return request on an item I never received.
I recently submitted a return request for an item I never received (and that I believe was never shipped). I thought this was the only way to get a refund for the item. My return request has been accepted, and eBay is asking that I take further action on my return by "sending" it back. However, as I have not received anything, there is no item for me to physically return. eBay also says that if I cancel my return, I can no longer request a return again on the same item, nor would I be able to ask eBay to step in and help. What can I do? I need serious help.

OP8 months agoYes, I have, but whenever I do click on it, it says that I've already made a return claim and always directs me to the returns page.
