I made a purchase that does not include a return address of the seller in order to return the item for a refund. Now what?
Summary: brulepm1 encountered an issue with a purchase on eBay that doesn't appear in their purchase history, suspecting it was made as a guest purchase. I made a purchase on ebay that showed it was paid thru ebay commerce,inc. the item does not show up on my purchase ebay history so I believe it was ordered as a guess. No return address is on the article showing the seller's info. Am I at a dead end trying to get ebay to initiate a return request for refund? I have an order number that when I entered it, it comes up with no record. I tried to reach out to ebay commerce, inc, but it reroutes me back to ebay.com . Going in circles .
