    I made a purchase on eBay August 16,2023 from Pfang17 and within 24 hours he cancelled my order and
                     

    It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my full refund of $45 and I need eBay to INVESTIGATE Pfang17 and my order

    If you do not see your refund in your original funding source, you can file a Refund Request 24 hours after the latest estimated date of delivery has passed.

     

    Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

    •     Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
    •     Click the box beside I want a refund.
    •     Select Send request.

    If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

    •     Find the item in your Purchase History
    •     Select See request details
    •     Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
