If you have no bids or offers and used no non-refundable options there is no charge to end the listing or edit it.

@evbuentello There's no fee to end a Buy It Now listing.

For auctions if there are bids you do pay final value fees based on the highest bid.

If there are NO bids on the auction then there is no fee to end it early.
