I made a mistake and printed 2 shipping labels

Question

I was looking up a shipping label for a customer because she said she didn’t get product. I sent it to the printer then canceled it and it still printed n it came out of my checking out.

please help resolve this..

You are not charged for printing a shipping label, you are charged for purchasing one. (For example, your printer runs out of ink and the label is unreadable, you can reprint the same label rather than purchasing a new one.)

For a label you purchased in error, you can cancel it within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
