I made a bid on a photo for $25.00. Then I noticed they want $40.00 to ship a small photo!
I have tried every way to reach the seller. Impossible to do so. I want to cancel the bid.

If you sent the seller a request to cancel, and the seller does not respond, there is nothing else you can do.
The shipping charges were shown on the listing before you chose to place a bid.
