I lost my shipping calculator from my listing tool
while playing with Business Policies i somehow hit the wrong button and wrecked on online ability while doing a list to look up shipping options. any ideas how to get it back?

That said, I think I found something:
When you are doing a single listing under shipping and see your shipping policy option:
Click Edit policy here. ^
On this next page you have a "Research" option:
It then pops up a box for the calculator:
But if you edit your policy under the business policies section, this option no longer shows up, which is where I had been looking.

No, I have not, but I can see what I might find out. Keep in mind, those of us answering questions are still regular eBay members like you.
I guess till I got this thread from you, I hadn't considered it to be a bug, but a feature removal. eBay constantly changes things, sometimes for better, but obviously not always. The worst thing is when something gets moved to a different place or method rather than outright removed.
Not to mention there isn't always the same flow between using the App on a phone or tablet vs using the website from those or even a computer.
If I find out something helpful, will post it here. If one of my colleagues beats me to it, that's okay too!

I fixed it. I opted out of Business Policies. Everything went back to normal immediately.
May not be the fix for everyone but it worked for me...

Well, that's one way. However it should work in the policy section the same as it does when creating/editing a listing. I have a query out on it, to see if I can find anything else out.

I have recently noticed that my Promoted Listing option has also disappeared but only when I try to use it in a auction format. this is the one that would promote your auction listing for a pre-determined amount depending on how many days the auction would run. Completely gone for autions but i can still promotr Buy it Now listings...
This one has me stumped? Any ideas?

Mentor2 years agoThat I'm not sure. I haven't been able to find anything for it on mine at all the last few months. I literally use that link if I need the calculator.
Currently digging right now. Which listing tool are you using?
Under my polices page for any shipping service I have currently, there are no calculate options anymore. Haven't had any for a while now:
Unless I'm blind. If I create a single listing, no calculator option shown there either.

You can bookmark this link, its what I did to fix it.

Its just a shortcut to the direct calculator, but its useful for that at least.
