I live in Korea and bought an iPhone from eBay two weeks ago. I thought I'd get a new one, but instead, I received a used one. The seller is in the US. So, I agreed with the seller to return it (for a full refund). After completing the return process and receiving the shipping label, I accidentally clicked the "Complete Return Process" button. I asked the seller to restart the process, but they refused. What should I do?
