I listed an item with 100% to be donated to THE ALS ASSOCIATION - but wants my bank account?

I selected the entire 100% to go to the ALS Association. Now eBay says funds on hold because I need to give a bank account. I shouldn't and don't believe I could connect the ALS Association bank account to my listing. It also says i need to provide the TIN or it will have taxes taken out...... What?

eBay needs your checking account, not the account for the ALS Assoc. even though for this sale the proceeds will not go to you. You need to set up payment account for future sales, and possibly for costs related to this sale.

(The donation used to be paid out to the seller, then PayPal would bill you for it. I believe that is changed now so that the money goes directly to PayPal.)
