I listed an item as Pick-up Only but then sent it out
I listed an item as Pick-up Only but then sent it out. The customer sent me shipping but I haven't gotten the purchase price. I realize what a dumb move it was on my part. The item is still listed on eBay as Incomplete.
Do I just have to accept it as a loss?

Mentor1 year ago@strayspay It would have been best to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Relisted it with shipping.
You should be able to enter the 6 digit code into the sold item on the app or from the drop down menu next to the item on your orders page.
Message the buyer and ask for the code as it's your proof of delivery. Without the code the only thing you can do is mark the item as shipped which while not great will be ok as long as the buyer doesn't file a not received refund request.
