I listed an item as an auction and winning bid was less than my cost price what to do?
Winning bid is $15 less my cost before eBay cut should I cancel the sale ?

I’m very sorry this happened … but the only ethical thing to do is follow through with the sale. You chose the Starting Bid after all.
Next time start the bidding at the lowest amount you’re willing to accept … as it could end up the Winning Bid.
