If they said it was "not as described" or "damaged" you have no choice, you have to accept the return and refund in full when you get it back.
If they open a return request and say something like "changed my mind" or doesn't fit, then it defaults to your return policy. If you do not offer returns, then you can deny the request.
The buyer is covered by eBay buyer protection which means that they can get a refund from you and eBay will force the refund if there is a problem with the item.
Even though the tear was disclosed, the return reason/request will determine if you need to accept the return and refund the buyer.
Hi, the buyer opens up a return request, I messaged him and said it's the tear the one I showed in the picture I showed many pictures of it he said he didn't see it and then he wrote back another message and said that he didn't like the style and it didn't like the fit and the cut.

Mentor2 days agoAs I stated, the only thing that matters is the reason the buyer used when opening the return request.
If the buyer says the item is not as described, you have to accept the return or eBay will do it for you.
