I left a negative review for the wrong seller.
I accidentally left a negative/neutral review for the wrong seller. I asked them for a revision request. They sent one, but the link says the review isn't available or eligible for revision. I feel bad and really want to leave the right rating and review as the item and they were great. How can I get an answer to why the revision request won't work?

If you left a Positive Feedback (not "review") with a negative comment the Seller can have it removed for violating eBay Feedback Policy.
The Feedback revision can only change Neutral or Negative to Positive, it will NOT allow changes to a Positive FB even with a negative comment.
