I keep receiving minuscule Refunds for items I did not purchase. I canâ€™t contact eBay! What can I do? Is my payment account being watched?

@postcardshack I know that eBay has been sending out sales tax on adjustments to some buyers for past purchases. These purchases may have been awhile ago and not recent.
