I keep getting update my bank information and it keeps denying it
I tried with screenshots of my statements it got denied tried with PDF files still got denied.

Mentor11 months agoHi, how frustrating — I’ve heard of this happening before.
It’s often due to a name or address mismatch between what’s on file with eBay and your bank.
The name on your eBay account must match exactly what’s on your bank account (including middle name or initial).
The address (street, not a P.O. Box) must match what your bank has on record.
