I keep getting a monthly invoice for a negative balance
For literal years, I've been getting monthly invoices from Ebay with a -$11.31 balance. I've updated my checking account details, credit card information, and current address, but I can't find any way for them to just pay me the **bleep** 11 dollars so they can stop sending the invoice.

You will need to request the refund be sent to you.

OP2 years agoThank you! I was having trouble getting to a person, and the automatic system kept directing me to resolving disputes with buyers. Refund process has begun.
