additionally details is eBay has no phone numbers or people to talk to and expect you to do everything online through a computer and when somebody is trying to steal your stuff it's kind of hard to do you need to talk to a human

@marre221228 If you tell us what happened in regards to "stealing your stuff" we can tell you the sites rules and how you can possibly get your money back. eBay customer service sometimes says what a member wants to hear to get you off of the phone. We will tell the true policies which agents can't change.
