I just sold an item that I did list at some point but was not in my store anymore

A product I listed was not in my sellers products list yet it was still up and I got a sale. While I am happy about the sale I am also concerned. I do not know how many other products might be still up yet I had deleted them at some point from my list. Since I am changing suppliers I do not what to take the chance of receiving an order for something I can not deliver anymore because changed the supplier. Is there an explanation for this? How could it happen? How can I tell if there are more product sup on Ebay that are currently not in my shop anymore?

I see that you currently have 22 active listings, and that you have relisted another one of the same item that was sold:

Items can not simply be deleted from a list. If you no longer wish to keep a listing running, it must be "ended".
