I just posted about 5 knives for sale. One knife keeps coming up as a policy violation???
I just posted about 5 knives for sale. One knife keeps coming up as a policy violation? For the life of me I don't know why. I read the policy clearly and none of the restrictions relate to my knife. I tried to resolve it now 6 times and nothing is working. I changed the title, description, category with no results. I cannot fix it because it does not specifically tell me what is wrong. I can not end the auction as that is not available for me to select. What do I do? Here is the restrictions policy and my knife does not fall into any of these categories.
- Automatic knives
- Butterfly knives
- Dual-action knives
- Gravity knives
- Out-the-front knives
- Paratrooper knives
- Push knives
- Switchblade knives
- Sword canes
- Spring-assisted knives where there is no manual movement by a thumb stud or screw clearly visible on the blade
- Hidden or disguised knives such as writing pen knives or belt buckle knives

OP10 months agoI did not intentionally try to ship or offer to ship a knife outside of the US. Still my problem exists. I cannot modify the post to solve the issue. I cannot delete the post to solve the issue. It is just hanging out there without any resolution. Can you please delete it and I will start over. Thank you.
