I just paid for a shipping label at the Post office
This was the first thing I sold and the QR code didn't come up on my phone. Now eBay charged me and I am trying to cancel the label and it's saying technical difficulty. Is there an agent I can call

Are you following this process? If your QR code was not used, it should cancel (within 28 days)
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label/QR you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
