Do you mean your order was cancelled?
If you received a notification from eBay that you were refunded ... the refund will be returned to the payment source you used to purchase the item.
eBay will process the refund within 48 hours. The rest of the time will be taken by your payment source to process the refund on its end. That can take anywhere from 2 days to a month ... depending on how you paid for your item.
