I just keep getting an error
Ebay keeps emailing me to tell me I owe them money for a listing I canceled. Fine, whatever. It took me ages just to find WHERE to pay, and now when I try to pay I just get an error. I can't contact any actual customer service because that's the world we live in now, so I guess ebay just doesn't want money. Let it be known I have tried at least 3 times to pay.

Somehow you have found your way to the eBay USA site.
Try logging out of here and try the eBay UK community.
