I just had an item that was refunded because it couldn't be shipped internationally
I didn't even know the item was to be shipped internationally, the address I was sending to was in Illinois which is only one state away.
How can I prevent a situation like this from occuring in the future?
Do I need to select something else in my ads?

If a buyer is able to pay for an item, it means their settings align with your listing parameters.
Shipping to the hub in Illinois is the best way to offer your items to an international audience.
If you don’t want to participate in that, remove the option from your listings.
Car parts do not qualify for media mail.
