I had an EBay representative hang up on me rather than help understand why a buyer canâ€™t switch from local pick up to shipping

These are the steps you need to take to change this to a listing that can be shipped>

1. You have to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item.

2. Next you refund the buyer.

3. Then relist with shipping.

4. The buyer pays again with shipping charges.

I know these are a lot of steps but it's the only way to be able to add the tracking number to the sold listing so that you will have proof of shipment. Plus you do not receive the buyers address from eBay with a local pick up item which you need for shipping.
