I just got screwed over.

Hello! I bought a Burberry jacket that was listed as NWOT. When it arrived, that was clearly not true. It had plenty of wear on it and also had been cleaned. When I tried to return it the seller [who clearly knows how to work the system] denied the return and even went to ebay to make sure i couldn't appeal it.

I love ebay and have only had this problem once before. Any advice?

If you had a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for buyers, the seller would not have been able to deny your return request. According to your feedback left for the seller, you specified that the item didn't fit, which is NOT covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

You needed to specify "item doesn't match description" since you stated in your post here that the item was worn instead of New.

EDITED TO ADD: It is not possible for a seller to "run out the clock" on a Return Request.

Buyers have 30 days from date of delivery to file a Return Request'

Sellers need to respond to the request within 3 days.

If the seller does not respond or cooperate, buyers can ask Ebay to step in after 4 days of filing the request.
