I just got screwed out of 1000.00 from some bleep seller, parts were defective........bleep ebay

So much for ebays 100% money back guarantee, I will never purchase anything from ebay ever again, and neither will anyone I know, I'm gonna tell everyone I know to stop buying from ebay.......**bleep** ebay, it's all Chinese junk being sold on here anyway......**bleep** ebay and **bleep** china

So sorry you received defective parts.

As already stated, you have Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee to help you.

You can file a Return Request:

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdefective". Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
If the sellerâ€™s return shipping address is in another country, they will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If the seller is in another country s/he cannot send a shipping label good in the USA. S/he will have to send you enough funds, via Paypal, to cover the cost of return shipping. The other option is the seller refunds your full payment and does not require return of the item. Wait until day 4 for the seller to respond. If no response or refund, go back to the request on day 4 and click Ask ebay to help you, to force the refund.
