I just got my first negative feedback after 20 years of selling on Ebay, how do I get it removed?
Buyer was unhappy with the condition of the item he received, he contacted me and I gave him an immediate full refund the same day and told him he could keep the item too. He then left negative feedback and said I lied. Not true.
