I think you mean Pfaff not Phaff ... a family member bought one years ago and got a window treatment business started with it. From what I understand they are good machines.

·2 years agoDoes the seller have other sewing machines currently for sale? Were they all photographed on the same backgrounds?
Has the seller recently sold other machines? Does the seller have a feedback history of selling sewing machines? Did you purchase through eBay checkout?
If yes to all of these, the seller is probably just fine. After you pay, the seller will ship and eBay will often hold the funds until delivery. However, if the seller has a good track record, eBay will release the funds earlier.
If the item fails to arrive by the due date shown in your purchase history, you can open an "Item not received" claim from there.
If you receive the item and change your mind, and if the seller offers returns, open a return request in your purchase history with the reason "changed my mind". Be sure to insure your return package and purchase signature confirmation.
If the item arrives and is not what was described in the listing, is missing parts, or was damaged in shipping, you will have up to 30 days from delivery to open a return request. The seller will have three business days to respond with a return label (you may need to add your own insurance and signature confirmation). When the item arrives, the seller will have two days to refund.
