I issued refund, I do not want the item back. Ebay insists I send return shipping label.
I issued a refund for an item broke in transit. I told customer I don't want the item back. Ebay is telling me to print return shipping label. No where does it allow me to tell them there is no need for a return shipping label. Does anyone have any idea how to tell ebay this. Thank You
