I indicated pickup. The item sold. I need to ship it to the buyer
I indicated local pickup on an item I was selling. The item sold. The buyer is in North Dakota and I am in Florida. I now need to ship it to him. My payment is on hold. How do I ship it to him?

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.

OP2 months agoThank you. That's what I did after communicating with the buyer. I relisted it, he bought it and I'll get it to UPS tiday.
