I purchased a window approximately 30 days ago and I'm trying to return it but I can't find it in my purchases section

Is it possible that you purchased the item as a guest? If so, then you need to find the confirmation email for the item and it will have special log in instructions that apply to that item. When you log in with those instructions you will be able to open any request or case you need. Why do you want to return the window?
