I ordered a part for my truck and it’s the wrong part and it’s not showing up in my purchased items. How do I return this

I see one recent feedback on this ID from auto-parts-factory-direct -is that the parts seller, or did you buy from a different seller?
Check your emails from eBay around the time of the purchase - there should be a link there to the order.
If it shows this was a "Guest"purchase (meaning you weren't signed in when you bought it), you need to sign out of this ID first in order to access the Guest order.
