Buyer left a Negative stating tiers were unlined! These curtains are high end, I opend several of my packages and they are Lined, Park designs is a High end product. Sadly I would have refunded though as I have in the pass with others to maintain my rating, I have jumped though many hoops on ebay to maintain this level to my customers, I have of course told them Had tthey notified me they could have been refunded
This actually breaks my heart, so ebay ruled against me for leaving this negative which has acutaully making me think I am done jumping through hoops for a company who disagrees withme and against me. in 22 yrs of selling on ebay I have only had 1 other negative and 2 neutrals, Ebay needs to take care of its sellers for Gods sakes, New buyers often dont understand the way ebay works either , Carolyn
