I havent recieved refund
I purchased a item a week ago and the seller never even shipped the item out. I tried contacting the seller but no response. I would like a full refund.

If there is no tracking or the tracking does not show delivery by the last estimated delivery date in the Purchase History, you should be able to file an "item not received" claim with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, at that point you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you.
