I haven't received my purchase yet. It say i cant contact seller because if the ebay authenticity
There's no tracking number for my item. It says that ebay is handling all shipping on my package.

Mentor2 years agoYou must wait until the item is late before you can open a claim. You won't be able to contact the seller.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
