i havent received my order
eBay told me they could help resolve my issue starting August 8th, but I still haven't received my order. Yesterday, they told me to contact USPS, but they said they couldn't resolve my questions or problems.
The history of my open case indicates that you would take action within the next 48 hours, but you haven't done anything yet. Those 48 hours passed two days ago.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
