You can ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not sent a return label. Or a full refund.
Let me know if the seller is located in another country as they can't send a return label and have to send the $ to your paypal account to pay return shipping BEFORE you ship the item. There are a few other steps too.
